Florida Weddings Availability & Bookings

Most of our ceremonies are arranged 6 – 12 months in advance, so although we are sometimes able to arrange ceremonies as little as four weeks ahead we will not always have your preferred dates available. This is because we only use a small team of wedding professionals in Florida, as we know the high standards that they consistently provide for each and every wedding. Please call us as soon as you can if you have a special date in mind and this way we are able to confirm this for you.

One of our weddings abroad consultants will then be able to assist you with almost any aspect of your wedding day, from arranging make up specialists through to finding the ideal restaurant for you.

Once we have been able to confirm availability for you and so that you are able to arrange your travel requirements safe in the knowledge that your selected wedding date is secure we will accept a deposit to hold this for you, then you have more time to decide on the services that you would like, such as photography, transport and what flowers you would like.

Our bookings can be made either by post, on a booking form that we will send to you or by telephone. One of our specialist weddings abroad consultants will then send a contract to you detailing the services that you have requested.
